In This Episode…
I have been posting longer rants on my TikTok account, which until recently, has rarely contained a video over 60 seconds long.
I have been building that account for a couple of years now, and it has been an absolute pleasure to post daily (or several times a day) and learn things about myself and the world that I did not ever imagine learning.
This is to say, TikTok is its own universe unlike any other social media app. Is it also, frankly, not for the faint of heart. If you are there, please do follow me because there is so much content that I do not post elsewhere.
Today, however, I have started to rip the audio from some of my longer videos. I have edited three of those posts together for your pleasure (or not, let's see.) If you are not on TikTok and still want to see the original videos, I have included YouTube links.

Hello, friend!
Or future friend? Hopefully, not future enemy? I suppose that to be an actual enemy, one would have had to have a falling out of a friendship. Wait, I am getting away from the point of this missive.
About this podcast…
I have accumulated quite a few expansive pieces on Substack over the past almost-year, and I am now reading them for you as podcasts!
These episodes generally come in at around the 15 to 20-minute mark.
Perfect for:
Making the “In-Between Effort Breakfast,” which is when you will cook eggs, but you know that heating up a pan is about all the energy you’re giving.
Exercising just until the podcast ends so you can feel okay about having done something, without feeling guilty because the length of your workout was intentially timed to the length of the show.
Going on a drive that is lengthy enough to feel like you actually went somewhere but not so long where you start to contemplate thoughts that you don’t want to think about.
I would love to entertain you, so please listen weekly on Substack, Spotify, Apple, YouTube, or your favorite podcast app.
I need your help!
Do you remember when connecting with someone on social media was called “friending” and not “following?” “Following” sounds so subsurvient.
I publish my writing and record this podcast to bring something to your life. By reading, listening, liking, commenting, and subscribing, you are bringing something to mine.
Remember, please like, comment, and subscribe. It really helps!
